1. Data Collected by AutoPilot SDK

The AutoPilot client SDK monitors session dwell time, page interactions, and referrers strictly to compute visitor intent scores. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or sell visitor data to advertising networks.

2. Conversational Privacy & AI Boundary

Messages processed through our AI Sales Concierge and WhatsApp Webhooks are used solely to generate contextual answers for your prospects. We do not use proprietary customer conversation records to train public foundation models.

3. Security & Encryption

All stored data is protected with AES-256 encryption at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit. We maintain strict tenant isolation across all workspaces.

4. GDPR & CCPA Compliance

Users hold full rights to access, export, or delete their personal and lead data upon request to privacy@autopilot-revenue.com.
