By accessing or using the AutoPilot platform, SDK, or hosted services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Permitted Use

AutoPilot provides an Autonomous Revenue Operating System for commercial lead capture, conversational engagement, and proposal delivery. You agree not to deploy AutoPilot widgets on malicious, deceptive, or spam-generating web pages.

2. Subscription & Free Trial

All plans include a 14-day free trial. You may cancel at any time before trial expiration without incurring charges. Subscriptions renew automatically monthly or annually based on your chosen billing selection.

3. Service Level & Uptime

We strive to maintain 99.9% uptime for public SDK endpoints and AI response pipelines. Planned maintenance is announced in advance.

4. Limitation of Liability

AutoPilot provides predictive intent scoring and conversation automation as estimation and enablement tools. We make no contractual guarantee regarding specific conversion rates or revenue totals achieved.
